The Urology Group (TUG)—a premier, physician‐led practice and proud member of Urology Alliance—is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing outpatient surgery team. Position Overview
As a CRNA with The Urology Group, you will provide safe, high‐quality anesthesia care in a modern, fast‐paced outpatient surgical environment. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff while enjoying a strong work‐life balance and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of airway management and anesthesia delivery
- Manage patient emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid administration
- Monitor vital functions and respond promptly to adverse reactions
- Ensure timely termination of anesthesia to support smooth recovery
- Support overall surgical operations and perform additional duties as needed
