Financial Analyst

Hybrid Position, 2 days a week on site in Philadelphia. Must have experience working in a Healthcare Setting

Core Function

• Lead Financial analysis, reporting and decision support for divisional leadership
• Serve as a key liaison between finance operations and senior leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month end close: prepare review entries analyze results, and ensure accuracy
• Develop monthly reporting and executive presentations
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Support and help build the annual operating budget partners with managers to review departmental performance
• Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership (COO CFO DDA, Sr. Manager of Finance) at CPUP

Leadership and Impact

• Present in leadership forums
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development
• Drive cross functional collaboration across finance and operations
