Agricultural Lead Technician:

The Agricultural Lead Technician is responsible for supporting daily service operations by leading and assisting agricultural service technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and heavy equipment. This role serves as the primary technical resource within the shop and field service operations while promoting repair quality, technician productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced agricultural technician with strong leadership abilities, advanced diagnostic skills, and the ability to mentor technicians while maintaining hands on involvement in service operations.
