The Order Entry / Office Clerk plays a key role in supporting customer service and order management operations. This position involves entering and processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s order management or ERP system.
Verify and confirm all order details including pricing, product availability, and customer information.
Support sales and customer service representatives in daily administrative tasks.
Handle order adjustments, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of orders and correspondence.
Assist with general office support as needed.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and uphold company values.
