About this job
Job Description
This is an in-person position based in East Brainerd (20–30 hours per week to start), with the potential to grow into a full-time role. I’m looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited to take ownership of important tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.
The right person for this role will bring structure and follow-through to a fast-paced real estate environment, and by doing that, help free up my time so we can focus more on growing and supporting a great team of agents.
About the Job:
This is a hands-on, high-trust position where you’ll support both the operations and client-facing side of a residential real estate business. You’ll be working closely with me day-to-day to manage priorities, stay on top of moving parts, and help bring big ideas into action.
Key Responsibilities:
Making consistent outbound phone calls to clients, leads, vendors, and partners
Managing schedules, spreadsheets, CRM records, and daily task lists
Preparing and scheduling social media content and email communication
Supporting client touches (like gifts, events, and follow-ups)
Running errands like placing/picking up signs and lockboxes, delivering gifts or paperwork, or meeting vendors at properties
Creating repeatable systems to keep things organized and efficient
Helping identify and delegate tasks to virtual assistants as the team grows
What You Should Know:
This is not a remote job, you’ll need to work in person from East Brainerd regularly
This is a 1099 contractor role (not W-2), which means you’ll handle your own taxes and qualify for common business deductions
What I’m Looking For:
Strong tech skills (Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, spreadsheets, social media tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at following through
Self-starter who takes initiative and asks smart questions
Comfortable switching gears, managing multiple priorities, and staying focused
Friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping others succeed
What It’s Like to Work With Me:
I move quickly, talk things out, and always have new ideas brewing. I’m relationship-focused and always working on how to better serve people, but I need someone who helps me slow down, execute, and follow through.
You can expect:
Clear and direct communication
Brainstorming ideas that need help becoming reality
A fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Opportunities for growth, independence, and increasing responsibility
If you like organizing chaos, creating structure, making systems better, and bringing balance to someone who’s always on the move — we’ll probably work well together.
