Licensed Social Worker Case Manager
North Delta PDD is a regional economic and community development company. Our offices opened in 1967.
We are seeking a full-time MS Licensed Social Worker Case Manager in our Elderly and Disabled Waiver division. The position is located in our Batesville, MS office. We provide Case Management services to homebound clients.
The position provides direct services to aged and/or disabled individuals. The Case Manager will make Monthly Case Management home visits and coordination of the services for the clients.
The clients are managed by a Case Management Team consisting of the LSW and RN.
Position requires a Mississippi LSW with at least two (2) years of full-time experience.
