Machine Operator - URGENTLY HIRING!

Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!
We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Machine Operator to keep our production line running efficiently. In this role, you'll operate our cup and lid production lines, perform quality inspections to ensure products meet our high standards, and carefully pack finished cups for shipment.

Available Shifts:

• Swing Shift - M-F 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
• Graveyard Shift - M-F - 12:00 am - 8:30 am (shift differential)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform timely checks to ensure that only quality products are manufactured.
• Stops production if an inferior product is being produced.
• Perform all assigned quality tests to measure the quality of the product.
• Check orders to ensure the correct products and boxes are used for scheduled jobs.
• Always maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Fill out production sheets at the end of the shift, noting production and downtime using the company computer.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Production Lead, Supervisor, or Department Manager.

Qualifications:

• One year in a manufacturing environment, tending a production machine - Preferred
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English to complete job-specific paperwork. - Required

Physical Demands:

Work an 8+ hour shift while sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, using hands to finger, grasping with hands and arms, handling or feeling objects, tools, or controls, and lifting throughout the shift.

It requires manual handling of finished goods cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
