What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot machinery and identify root causes of equipment failures
• Maintain and repair forklifts as needed
• Support facility maintenance and building upkeep
• Manage spare parts and tool inventory
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities related to maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and logic control systems
• 1–3 years of maintenance, repair, or industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
