CNA needed for Home health care
Pay: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday ongoing 8AM-6PM
Location: Phoenix AZ 85018 must live close- deal breaker
We are urgently seeking a exceptional CNA to provide one-on-one support to a 27 year old client who was in a tragic accident and has broken both ankles and is wheelchair-bound non weight bearing. He will require assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide toileting assistance
- Assist with transfers and lifting ( client is 5'11 165lbs)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties- loads of laundry if needed
- Monitor and report changes
- Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Current AZ CNA license
- Current CPR certification
- Arizona Fingerprint clearance card
- Current TB
- Covid 19 vaccine
- Ability to lift safety
- Home health care experience
- Pass a background check
