About the Role

EMPLOYERS is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist I to join our in-office call center team. In this role, youll support customers via phone, email, and chatresolving inquiries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What Youll Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries

  • Document interactions clearly and timely

  • Assist customers with online systems and account navigation

  • De-escalate issues through research and effective communication

  • Meet performance and quality standards

Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-office role in Henderson, NV

  • Fast-paced call center setting

  • Occasional overtime (voluntary)

  • Must attend 2 full weeks of uninterrupted training starting 6/29/2026

What Were Looking For

  • 1+ year of call center or office-based customer service experience

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with solid PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • High School diploma or GED

Required: Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred:

  • Call center software or CRM experience (Five9 a plus)

  • Insurance or Workers Compensation knowledge

  • Associates degree



Compensation details: 20.5-21.5 Hourly Wage
