Candidates must be available to work onsite in Norwell, MA.

Responsibilities
- Handle communications with referral sources, ensuring accurate transfer of information.
- Evaluate referral information according to established standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate referral processing.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records.
- Foster and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Assist with resolving administrative or insurance-related issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements.
- Promote agency services and support outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in clerical support within healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent keyboarding skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Highly organized, flexible, and dependable with keen attention to detail.
