What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently
• Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support production and customer deliveries
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet safety and operational standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and site goals

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop that capability
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks
• Reliable and team-oriented with clear communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing work demands
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.50-$23.00 per hour
