JOB DESCRIPTION:

RevolveAir Systems is a premier manufacturer of high-pressure breathing air compressors, fill stations, and life-safety air systems serving fire departments, public safety agencies, industrial customers, and government organizations throughout North America.

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Manufacturing Assembler (Rover) to join our production team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position designed to support multiple areas of the manufacturing operation based on business needs and production priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a versatile team member who can move between assembly, shipping, material handling, and production support activities while helping ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.

This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys variety in their daily work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Manufacturing & Assembly
  • Assemble mechanical subassemblies and components according to work instructions, drawings, and established quality standards.
  • Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Support production teams with assembly tasks as required to meet production schedules.
  • Assist with preparation and organization of parts, hardware, and materials needed for manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Shipping & System Closeout
  • Take a lead role in system closeout activities prior to shipment.
  • Verify systems are complete and ready for customer delivery.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, wrapping, labeling, and securing equipment.
  • Construct shipping pallets and custom shipping platforms as required.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments while ensuring product protection and quality standards are maintained.

Production Support
  • Operate as a "rover" across multiple departments based on workload and business demands.
  • Support inventory movement, staging, material handling, and warehouse activities.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials when needed.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, shipping, quality, and operations personnel to ensure efficient workflow.


Requirements

Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the workday.

Preferred:
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Current forklift certification or willingness and ability to successfully complete company-provided forklift certification training.
  • Experience with mechanical systems, compressors, pumps, industrial equipment, or related products.

Work Environment:
