A top mechanical contractor in the Houston market is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician focused on light commercial DX systems.

4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required

DDC controls a plus

Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle required

Overview: Service light commercial HVAC DX systems including rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, and related equipment and controls across commercial office buildings, schools, higher education facilities, and other commercial properties.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience; DDC controls a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle

• Universal refrigerant recovery certification required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $60,000–$80,000+
