Inventory Stock Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Stock Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Stock Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the supply chain operations supporting the manufacturing and service parts teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Selma, AL

Pay Range: $20.00hr

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Receive, track, and deliver in-house inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues such as over receipts, over shipments, inaccuracies, and discrepancies.
• Partner with purchasing, manufacturing, and service parts teams to resolve inventory problems promptly.
• Utilize the JDE system to complete transactions related to receiving, managing, locating, and researching inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the assembly department to add, update, and modify work orders, and gather orders for distribution to pickers.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems, preferably JDE.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills to instruct and guide team members.
