Filllers and Packers Paint Industry

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the paint industry, is seeking a Filllers and Packers Paint Industry to join their team. As a Filllers and Packers Paint Industry, you will be part of the production support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Filllers and Packers Paint Industry

Location: West Bend, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday opportunities

What's the Job?

• Assist in filling and packaging paint products into various containers such as quarts, pails, and drums
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Operate production and packaging equipment following safety procedures
• Move and stage materials throughout the manufacturing facility
• Support general warehouse and production operations as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial materials
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
