CDL Driver / Construction Laborer

Full Service Paving is seeking a dependable and motivated CDL Truck Driver to join our growing team immediately. We are a family-owned paving contractor based in Massena, NY, serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout Northern New York.

This is a local driving position with no overnight travel. You’ll be home every night while working with one of the North Country’s leading paving contractors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks and other CDL vehicles
• Transport asphalt, stone, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
• Complete vehicle inspections and daily logs
• Assist crews as needed on job sites
• Maintain clean and safe equipment
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
• Current DOT Medical Card/Physical
• Clean driving record (driver abstract required)
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Familiarity with GPS and mobile communication
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or paving experience
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Basic diesel mechanic knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with dump trucks and hauling construction materials

Season Information

Our paving season typically begins in April and runs through November, weather permitting.
