·         Stable, long‑term role in an aerospace industrial environment
·         Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays
·         Hands‑on fabrication and welding work—no production‑line welding
·         Variety of projects supporting maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades
·         Strong benefits package including medical, retirement, paid time off, and holidays
·         Safety‑focused, team‑oriented work environment

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly
• Repair and rebuild industrial equipment, guards, platforms, and supports
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, torches, grinders, and plasma cutters
• Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and safety standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hot‑work requirements
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
 • 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred, or equivalent training
• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG and Stick experience a strong plus
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Solid understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and safety‑focused mindset
