About Our Practice
We are a well-established wellness clinic known for personalized patient care, excellent service, and strong community reputation. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an outstanding adjuster to join our friendly and collaborative team.
Responsibilities

• Perform patient examinations and evaluations
• Review medical history and imaging
• Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified technique
• Educate patients on wellness and ongoing chiropractic care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Order/review diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary
• Build strong doctor-patient relationships

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• California Chiropractic license required
• Strong communication and adjusting skills
• Reliable, positive, and patient-focused

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time available
• Weekend availability  
• Flexible scheduling options

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$115,000 annual salary plus generous performance bonus opportunities
