LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Facility: Correctional

Start date: ASAP : (1400-2230) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 

Contract Length: 3 month

Pay Options:

No housing - Local: $55/hr 

With housing (50+ miles away from permanent):  $48/hr 

Housing stipend: $33/hr (taxable) + $1080 (tax-free)  $2400/40hrs  (33/27)  

Over 40hrs= $55/hr base-$82.50/hr OT

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and chart accurately
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
• Support care plans and physician orders
• Provide direct patient care

Requirements

• Resume – with a minimum of 1year correctional experience   
• LPN PA license (in good standing)   
• Current - BLS/CPR   
• PA- Police – criminal background check   
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screen (Within the last 6 Months)
