Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Sales Representative to drive new business growth. This role is responsible for generating leads, developing relationships, conducting on-site walkthroughs, and closing commercial cleaning contracts.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify target markets and potential clients (offices, medical buildings, retail, etc.)
• Prospect through cold calling, door-to-door visits, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Client Engagement

• Schedule and conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs
• Present customized cleaning solutions and service plans
• Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers

Sales Process Management

• Prepare detailed proposals with pricing
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle
• Negotiate and close service agreements

Account Development

• Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to encourage retention and referrals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Performance & Reporting

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Track activities, leads, and deals using CRM tools or internal systems
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
