We are seeking a high-performing General Manager with a strong QSR or fast-casual leadership background to join a performance-driven restaurant system focused on developing future Franchise Partners. This is not just a GM role—it is a structured pathway to ownership for operators with strong business acumen, leadership ability, and entrepreneurial drive.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume environments (Chick-fil-A strongly preferred), demonstrates strong tenure, and thrives in operational accountability with a focus on profitability, guest experience, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full restaurant operations including FOH and BOH performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through strong P&L management
- Control labor, food cost, scheduling, and staffing to meet financial targets
- Develop, coach, and promote team members into leadership roles
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Franchise Partner Path
- Structured 5-week training program and operational certification pathway
- Gold Standard certification typically within 6–12 months
- Opportunity to become a Franchise Partner with profit participation
- Franchise Partner earns 50% of store profits
- Long-term earning potential significantly exceeds traditional GM compensation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful General Manager experience
- Strong background in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant operations
- Chick-fil-A or similar high-performance QSR experience strongly preferred
- Proven stability with strong tenure (no frequent job changes)
- Hands-on leadership style with strong operational execution skills
- Experience in P&L ownership, labor control, and food cost management
- Strong team-building and employee development track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in ownership
