A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (Full-Time)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 36–48 hours per week
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour overnight shifts)
• Pay Rate: $40.00-43.00 an hour paid weekly
• Benefits: active after 90 days of employment

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians (oral, enteral, injections, wound care, tracheostomy, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and report patient response to medications and treatments
• Participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary communication
• Complete admission assessments and assist with MDS care planning
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and supervise support staff
• Train and orient new employees
• Collect specimens and respond to emergency situations appropriately
• Participate in facility meetings, in-service training, and continuous improvement initiatives (AMS program)

Requirements

• Licensed LPN
• 1+ year experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
