What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Perform comprehensive electrical safety inspections on every service call
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
- Educate homeowners on electrical safety concerns and recommended solutions
- Present repair and upgrade options based on customer needs
- Create accurate estimates and work orders
- Document findings using company software and mobile technology
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
- Support and mentor apprentices as the company grows

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred
- Residential service experience strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital work orders
