NSC Skilled Trades is Hiring: Mid-Level Electricians – Sarasota, FL

NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Mid-Level Electricians for a 3-month residential project in Sarasota, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-end custom home project with a respected electrical contractor.

Pay: $20-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Duties

• Install electrical panels, breakers, lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, and related devices
• Run, terminate, and install NM cable, MC cable, and conduit systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Perform electrical work on custom homes, residential remodels, and light commercial projects
• Follow NEC requirements and local electrical codes
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
• Experience working on custom homes and residential remodels preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Must have basic hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various jobsite conditions
• Must be able to pass a basic NSC background check
