About this job
Job Description
LPN / RN – Pediatrics
Ready to leave the hospital grind behind?
Pediatric Associates of Fairfield is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and confident LPN or RN to join our exceptional nursing team.
Many of our nurses have spent years working long shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health. They came to us looking for something different—a place where they could continue doing what they love while enjoying a healthier work-life balance, supportive coworkers, and a workplace they are proud to call home.
What We Offer
• 4-day work week
• Only 1–2 rotating Saturday mornings per month
• PTO beginning on Day One
• Health insurance or waiver stipend
• Dental and vision insurance
• 401(k) with employer contributions and profit sharing
• Paid gym membership
• Uniform allowance
• CME reimbursement allowance
• Employee Assistance Program
• Supportive leadership and an outstanding team culture
About the Position
This position consists of four weekdays per week plus one to two rotating Saturday mornings per month. Nurses work between our Fairfield, Hamilton, Mason, and Harrison offices and perform a combination of direct patient care, clinical support, and telephone triage.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Holds a current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing
• Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Brings a positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism to work each day
Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
Starting pay: $23.50-25.50 per hour, based on licensure
Expected hours: 30–40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time (4 weekdays per week plus 1/2 day Saturday rotation)
Work Location: In Person
If you're looking for more than just a job—if you're looking for a long-term career with a team that genuinely supports one another—we would love to hear from you.
