Timeline Staffing is seeking a Bilingual English/Mandarin Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing team in Garland, TX. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate who can communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and package outgoing orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Ensure shipping and receiving areas remain organized and safe
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and team members in English and Mandarin

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
