Pay Rate: $56,000 - $67,000.00 per year

Job duties:
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, EPA, and Occupational Health standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
Lead engaging safety training sessions focused on OSHA compliance, EHS best practices, CPR, First Aid, and Workers' Compensation law.
Investigate workplace incidents through root cause analysis to determine underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain detailed report writing on safety incidents, inspections, and training activities for formal management review.
Requirements include:
Proven experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings with a strong understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Workers' Compensation law.
Active certifications in First Aid, CPR, OSHA Safety Training, and EHS are highly preferred.
Strong report writing skills coupled with the ability to perform risk assessments and analyze the root causes of incidents effectively.
Excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions, safety briefings, and employee development programs.
Ability to work stationary for long periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a proactive approach to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
