Job Title: Construction Superintendent - Residential/Commercial

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

Reports To: President/Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site operations across a range of project types. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing complex construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

• Coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.

• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized job site.

• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, site photos, and safety records.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to address challenges and implement solutions.

• Manage material deliveries, equipment rentals, and workforce scheduling.

• Enforce all safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor quality control standards and ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Lead job site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Schedule and supervise inspections; ensure all code and permit requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial, multi-family, or high-end residential construction (experience in all three is preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale jobs independently.
