Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)

Job Summary

Local Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our 1st shift operations in Fremont, OH. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on 1st shift
• Lead, train, and support production employees to meet performance goals
• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Monitor workflow and productivity to meet deadlines and output targets
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer specifications are met
• Collaborate with management on scheduling, staffing, and process improvements
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate expectations clearly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or specifications (preferred)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Commitment to safety and quality
