A Lumper is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods while ensuring accurate inventory sorting and material handling within an indoor warehouse environment. Operating pallet jacks and practicing strict safety compliance, the Lumper plays a critical role in maintaining smooth logistics and team coordination during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using pallet jacks
• Sort inventory with attention to detail and accuracy
• Palletize goods and apply shrink wrap as needed
• Handle materials safely while complying with safety guidelines
• Coordinate efforts with team members to optimize workflow
