Mechanical Engineer

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Japanese language skills are a plus but are not required for consideration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and processes.
Create and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Participate in project planning, implementation, and reporting.
Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
3+ years of mechanical engineering experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
