Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule 6 am-6:30 p.m. I work different days every week. My daughter needs a better routine and was hoping to find someone that could help with that. My mother is currently my only sitter and its become challenging. Having the extra hand would make a huge difference
