Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We live in the Mukilteo-are and are in search of a kind nanny to help out as our baby grows! We are two working parents with strong family support, but looking for flexible help when they are out of town and potentially take a couple weekdays off of their schedule as they near retirement. Our baby has a strong sense of who he gravitates towards, so his reaction to you in an introduction will be crucial in how we move forward. He is 11m old now and very good at self-play. Looking for someone who will care for him deeply, have fun with him, and make sure he is taken care of well while we are at work.
