Tool Crib Attendant (Swing shift)

Set up and measure tooling for jobs using CAM generated tool lists and tool offset pre-setter. Oversee shop supplies including thread gages, gage pins, and other shop related tools.

Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, Fixtures, and equipment

Issues tools and equipment to workers & maintains records of tools and equipment issued returned, manually or using computer.

Locates lost or misplaced tools equipment.

Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools equipment, manually or using computer.

Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools equipment, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.

Inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects wear, visually or using micrometer, and reports damage or wear to supervisors.

·Repairs, services, and lubricates tools equipment, using hand tools, spray gun, or pressurized spray can.

·May mark and identify tools equipment, using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool.

·Knowledge of metal working cutting tools and forming tools, and there use.

·Good Communication Skills
