Test Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support semiconductor and RF testing activities. This role involves executing test plans, setting up specialized equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting results while working in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and report outcomes or issues
• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized test equipment
• Load and run test programs and builds
• Perform routine calibration and basic equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot testing issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Document test results and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members and communicate project status to leadership
• Complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of semiconductor, RF testing, or related technical experience
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
• Experience setting up specialized test equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (MTeams)
• Experience with test methodologies and technical documentation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs

$20.74/hr-$34.52/hr depending on experience
