Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and special education regulations
• Strong documentation and evaluation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Adaptable, organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ occupational therapy needs
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide targeted direct and indirect therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, treatment, and progress
• Offer consultative support for classroom adaptations and accommodations
