Packout Associate

Client: An electronic test tools and software organization (disclosed upon screening call)

Job Title: Packout Associate

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

Shift time: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (overtime possibilities)

Job Description:

The Packout Associate is responsible for finalizing production jobs and preparing finished units for shipment. This role includes closing out jobs in Oracle and ensuring all products are properly processed, packaged, and documented.

Required skills

• 1+ years of previous experience within a warehouse/factory setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work in a high pace environment
• Ability to be on their feet for 8 hours a day 
• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Can pass both a background check and drug screening 

Key Responsibilities:

• Close completed jobs in Oracle and complete required system updates
• Perform basic computer work related to production tracking
• Handle and package finished products (typically 10–20 units per day, 20–30 lbs each)
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working with high-value equipment
• Follow standard processes to ensure quality and compliance
