Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy on-site team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a Contract position offering consistent scheduled hours, and the opportunity to support customers through structured, script-guided interactions. The role is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can maintain professionalism in a fast-paced call center setting.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach.
• Assist callers by following established scripts, policies, and procedures to provide consistent support.
• Handle a mix of customer service interactions, including both incoming and outgoing calls as needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of conversations, requests, and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to build product knowledge and strengthen call handling skills.
• Work a fixed schedule that includes either Saturday or Sunday along with four additional weekdays.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
