Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychoeducational and play-based assessments
- Knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and intervention planning
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, social workers, and families
- Comfort in crisis response and participation in student support team (SST) meetings
- Ability to travel between locations as needed for private and early childhood evaluations
Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in SST meetings at Badger Elementary School (0.4 FTE), performing classroom observations, FBAs, and collaborating closely with the school social worker
- Conduct comprehensive academic assessments for special education evaluations
- Offer immediate crisis response for students and staff when required
- Provide early childhood diagnostics, focusing on ages 2-5, using play-based assessment strategies (0.2 FTE, one day weekly)
- Complete evaluations and assessments for private school students (0.4 FTE)
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to the development of student plans
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with educational teams and families
