Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI models, special education laws, and IEP processes
- Excellent assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families from varied backgrounds
- Adaptable, resourceful, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, including cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to inform eligibility, intervention, and placement recommendations
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students, supporting social-emotional well-being
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on strategies for student success and inclusive practices
- Develop behavior intervention plans and assist with implementation and progress monitoring
- Promote safe and positive school climates through preventive programs and professional development
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
