Physician Assistant (PA) – Neurology

Location: Ardmore, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Clinic
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000/year + Benefits

Overview:
Neurology Care is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing neurology practice in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate provider who enjoys building patient relationships and delivering high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Neurology experience is preferred, but we welcome experienced PAs from other clinical specialties with strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage patient conditions in collaboration with physicians
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and treatment options
• Review diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging results
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate care with neurologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma Physician Assistant (PA) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Strong clinical evaluation and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Outpatient, specialty care, or private practice experience preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Neurology or neuroscience background
• Experience managing chronic conditions
• Familiarity with neurological disorders and diagnostic testing
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills
