Company Information: A world-leading manufacturer located in Franklin, IN is hiring Night Shift Manufacturing Associates to their team! The company is hiring immediately!

You will:

• Assist with operating enameling lines and ovens.
• Assist with startups, changeovers, and welds as needed
• Assist with machine operation
• Play a vital part in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment

Your hands-on expertise and mechanical skills will help ensure smooth operations on the assembly line, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your manufacturing skills while working with a dedicated team committed to safety, efficiency, and quality.

Manufacturing Associate's Pay/Benefits:

• Pay starts at $22+/hour (OT as needed)
• Set pay increases at 6 months & 12 months

Manufacturing Associate's Schedule:

• 3rd Shift
• 8PM-8AM
• Grasshopper Schedule - 3 on-2 off, 2 on-3 off

Manufacturing Associate's Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Medium lifting
• Steel toed boots
• Standing for majority of shift
