Adecco is currently hiring an Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (ICQA) Supervisor for a fast-paced distribution center environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to step into a leadership role supporting inventory accuracy, quality processes, and operational efficiency.
Position OverviewThe ICQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inventory control and quality assurance operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock management, and quality audits while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily ICQA operations, including cycle counts and quality audits
Ensure accurate data reporting and system updates
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Manage inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and stock accuracy
Oversee auditors and ensure compliance with audit standards
Partner with leadership to analyze performance and drive improvements
Monitor inventory flow to support timely distribution and shipment
Maintain system accuracy and provide reporting on inventory trends
2–4 years of experience in inventory control, QA, or warehouse operations
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; SQL preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
