3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Day-to-Day:

An employer is looking for a Maintenance Technician, on 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am), in the Cincinnati area. This person will join a large maintenance team and spend their time maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment for a fast-paced environment in the food industry. Repairs/maintenance on equipment can range from gearboxes, filers, bearings, valves, sprocket alignments, limit switches, air systems, ovens, motors, hydraulic components, PLC's, etc. They will also complete basic welding duties as well as use hand tools. The manager is willing to offer overtime, paid training, and will cross train employees.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Industrial maintenance background
• Experience with VFDs, safety relay, motor controls, safety circuits, encoders, pumps, positive displacement, gear drive, reducer, moisture control, transducer, centrifugal pumps, welding TIG stainless steel, gearboxes, troubleshooting electric, refrigeration, ammonia, AC DC circuits, control systems, control voltage, hydraulics , etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Okay with OT & some weekends for projects (48 hours a week)
• Stable work history (or Recent Graduate from Technical School)
• Tools/Toolbox required

• PLC troubleshooting experience (strongly preferred)
