Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Credentials:
- Possess or be eligible for a valid School Psychologist credential/certification for the state of Indiana
- Graduate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and observations to determine students’ academic and social-emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and administrators
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and data analysis
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support to students
- Serve as a valued resource for staff and families regarding student mental health and learning strategies
- Maintain accurate, confidential records for assigned students
Key Details:
- Contract position
- Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, Monday through Friday
- Serve students across elementary to high school groups
- Manage a collaborative caseload of approximately 35–40 students
- Anticipated start date: Upcoming semester; Assignment extends through end of school year
