We're seeking a Sales & Events Manager to drive private dining, corporate events, catering sales, venue buyouts, and special event business for a growing Charlotte-based hospitality group.

• Creating strategic partnerships that drive long-term business

• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure exceptional event execution

• Growing repeat business through outstanding client relationships

• Representing the company at networking and community events

• Driving overall event and catering revenue growth


What We're Looking For

• Experience in Event Sales, Catering Sales, Hotel Sales, Venue Sales, Private Dining Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Business Development

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow business

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Professional presence and strong attention to detail

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
