Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential (state certification/licensure)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience in assessment, counseling, and intervention within a school environment
  • In-depth understanding of IEP development and special education processes
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse students, families, and staff
  • Organizational skills and adaptability for a contract position

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret findings
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and assist in developing IEPs and behavioral plans
  • Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect interventions to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Provide crisis intervention and promote positive mental health practices within the school
  • Track and document all services and assessments in compliance with state and federal guidelines
