Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting students from kindergarten through high school and beyond as a dedicated School Psychologist in a welcoming educational setting. This contract opportunity is open due to a previous psychologist relocating, and you'll play a key part in fostering a supportive environment for approximately 1,679 district students starting August 18, 2026, through June 7, 2027.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule—five days per week—with a standard seven and one-half hour workday, including a thirty-minute duty-free lunch period. The exact hours may vary depending on your assigned school building.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Pennsylvania certification as a School Psychologist (all required credentials must be current)
  • Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12+
  • Strong knowledge of educational disabilities and their impact on learning
  • Compassionate, collaborative approach to supporting students and working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological evaluations, counseling, and support to students with educational disabilities
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Serve as a resource on mental health, behavior management, and academic interventions
  • Contribute insights to improve strategies that foster students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
