FMLA/LOA . home dialysis experience is required- home dialysis RN Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting. Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. RN for Joy Dr. . Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8 hour days no weekends . BLS req Epic exp within the past 2 years required. Min 1yr outpt exp req ESRD: Chronic renal pts.- Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
